Ladun Investment Co.’s shareholders approved, on Nov. 3, the board’s recommendation on paying a 3% cash dividend, or SAR 0.30 per share, for the first half of 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also authorized the board to distribute an interim cash dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022. The board was also authorized to set the record and payment dates as per the controls and regulatory procedures issued under the Companies Law, and in line with the company’s financial position, cash flows as well as investment and expansion plans.
