Shareholders of Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO) elected board members from among candidates for the next three-year term, which begins on Nov. 14, 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
During the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Nov. 3, eight board members were elected, namely Rakan Abunayyan, Walid Al-Manie, Musaab Al Muhaidib, Emad Al Muhaidib, Victor Sanz, Hawazen Nassif, Abdullah Ibrahim Al Moammar and Rob Jan.
The audit committee was also formed, comprising Walid Shukri, Nader Ashour, Mohammed Mazi and Saleh Al-Fadl.
