Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors decided today, Nov. 7, to terminate Suleiman Hilal’s contract as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), according to a statement to Tadawul.
Board member, Rachid Nader, took over as the acting Managing Director for one month, effective immediately, after obtaining the relevant approvals.
Hilal was named as the company CEO in May 2017, data compiled with Argaam showed.
