Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) announced that it completed, on Nov. 10, the title deed transfer from Alinma Alakaria Real Estate Fund to the newly-established subsidiary, Hodoud Real Estate Investment, according to a statement to Tadawul.
On Oct. 26, Al Akaria announced the incorporation of Hodoud Real Estate Investment (sole proprietorship), a fully-owned subsidiary with a paid-up capital of SAR 10,000 divided into 1,000 equal shares (SAR 10 per share), data available with Argaam showed.
