Tadawul trading screen
The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced one-day trading halt on the shares of Makkah Construction and Development Co. and Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) today, Nov. 13.
Makkah Construction and SARCO will resume trading for 20 sessions starting tomorrow, Nov. 14. The companies are required to announce their financial statements for the first nine months of 2022 before the market closing on Dec. 11, Tadawul said in a statement.
If they fail to disclose its financial statements, trading suspension will resume starting Dec. 12 until the two companies announce its financial statements.
