Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. stated that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved on Nov. 17, the board of directors’ recommendations on the appointment of Mohammed Ali Al Ammari as Chairman and Bader Ali Al Ali as his deputy.
The company added, in a statement to Tadawul, that Fawaz Al Hajji (executive) was appointed as Managing Director (MD) and CEO for the three-year term, started April 21, 2022.
The board also decided to form the nominations and remunerations committee, in addition to the executive, investment, and risk committees.
The statement pointed out that the audit committee was formed by the company's general assembly and announced in April.
