Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) announced that it was unable to publish the annual financial results for the fiscal year ended Dhul Qadah 14, 1443, corresponding to June 13, 2022 (the short Hijri fiscal year) on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) within the specified time.
The company said the audit process by the external auditor is yet to complete, adding that it expected the audit to be finalized within two weeks.
