Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced the deposit of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) traded rights into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, Nov. 24.
The insurer postponed subscription to new shares and rights trading to Nov. 27, Argaam earlier reported.
Rights trading will end on Dec. 4, while subscription to the new shares will close on Dec. 7.
Arabia Insurance shareholders recommended a capital increase through a SAR 265 million rights offering, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 20.
