Lazurde Company for Jewelry received today, Dec. 5, a Shariah evaluation report for the third quarter of 2022, issued by its Shariah advisor, Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB), according to a statement to Tadawul.
The report indicates that the company’s business activities in Q3 2022 are compliant with Shariah standards and guidelines, it noted.
SRB was appointed as the Shariah advisor of Lazurde to study and examine its business activities in line with the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions’ (AAOIFI) Shariah guidelines and standards, amongst others mentioned in the report.
The bureau will also provide the necessary consultation to help Lazurde continue to achieve compliance with the abovementioned guidelines and standards throughout the period of commissioning as the Shariah advisor to the company, it added.
