Development Works Food Co.'s board of directors approved the resignation of an audit committee member, Hassan Bakhamis, due to personal reasons, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The board approved the appointment of Abdulaziz Aba Btain as his replacement until the end of the current three-year term.
The appointment is pending approval of the upcoming general meeting.
