Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) added today, Dec. 8, the subscribed securities in Americana Restaurants International to the accounts of eligible shareholders.
The company offered 30% of its capital, equivalent to 2.527 billion shares, through a concurrent dual listing on the Saudi and UAE markets, Argaam reported.
Retail subscription in the UAE and Saudi Arabia exceeded 48.2x and 2.8x, respectively. No less than 1,000 shares were allocated to each retail subscriber in the UAE, and no less than 892 shares of the offering shares were allocated in Saudi Arabia.
