Yaqeen Capital, the manager of YAQEEN Petrochemical ETF, announced the resignation of two non-independent board members - Saleh Alomair and Moath Alkhasawneh, according to a filing to Tadawul.
Ahmad Alshabanah was named as a non-independent board member in both ETFs.
Therefore, the ETF board members are Ahmad Alshabanah, Abdul Al-Nujaidi and Muhammad Al-Maliki.
