Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders are set to elect members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Jan. 6, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Jan. 5.

They will also vote on amending the corporate governance regulation and board committees’ regulations.
The e-voting on agenda items will start from Jan. 1, 2023 via Tadawulaty services.
