Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) said its 50%-owned subsidiary, Edarat Communications and Information Technology Co., will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on Dec. 26, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Edarat shares will trade with +/- 30% daily price fluctuation limits and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits, as the company is planning to meet the liquidity requirements through a liquidity provider.
