Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) announced the resignation of Saad Al-Shammary, Chairman of the audit committee, due to personal circumstances, effective today, Jan. 1, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The board of directors approved the appointment of Majed Al-Suwaigh as a replacement, effective from the same date.
The move is pending the approval of the next general meeting.
