Alhasoob Co. announced the resignation of audit committee member Ali Abdul Karim Ibrahim Al-Luhaidan, effective today, Jan. 2, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The resignation was submitted due to membership status that prevents continuity in the membership of the committee.
The board of directors approved the appointment of Ibrahim Hamad Ibrahim Al-Luhaidan as a replacement, effective from the same date.
The move is pending the approval of the next general meeting.
