Knowledge Economic City (KEC) approved the resignation of board member Waleed Fatani, effective as of Jan. 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons, it added.
KEC also appointed Mohammed Algrenees as a board member, effective as of today, Jan. 4, until the end of the current term on July 27, 2024.
