ACWA Power Co.’s shareholders will vote on amending the company's bylaws, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on Feb. 12, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders will also vote on appointing a board member for the vacant seat, for the current three-year term ending on Jan. 4, 2025.
Other agenda items include voting on appointing an external auditor to examine, review and audit Q2, Q3 and Q4 2023 financial statements and annual earnings for the same year. This is besides interim and financials for 2024 and 2025, in addition to Q1 2026. Shareholders will also decide on setting the auditor’s remuneration.
