Shareholders of Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. approved amending the company's bylaws related to its activity, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also approved the board and auditor's reports, and financial statements for the fiscal year (FY) ended June 30, 2022.
Meanwhile, they approved other agenda items including paying remunerations for members of the board of directors, the audit committee, and the remuneration and nominations committee.
