The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited Alinma Hospitality REIT Fund’s subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Jan. 25, according to a bourse filing.
According to data compiled by Argaam, investors subscribed to units of Alinma Hospitality REIT in the Main Market (Tadawul) during the period from Oct. 30 to Nov. 7, 2022.
A minimum of 50 shares were allocated per individual subscriber, with the remaining offer units allotted on a pro-rata basis.
The total number of subscribers reached 184,600, with the offering proceeds, excluding the fund manager’s subscription, amounting to SAR 560.9 million.
