Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors approved today, Jan. 20, the resignation of board member Suliman Azzabin, effective immediately, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The resignation was submitted due to special circumstances preventing him from carrying on as a board member, the statement added.
