Jahez International Company for Information System Technology stated that Alamat International Co., a major shareholder, transferred 1.25 million shares, or 11.93% of Jahez capital, to its current shareholders, according to a filing to Tadawul.
The transfer was made on Feb. 13, resulting in a change in Jahez major shareholders' list.
Alamat held 5.05 million shares, or 48.1%, of Jahez capital, according to Argaam's data.
On Jan. 19, Jahez received a letter from Impact Financial Co., the manager of Impact Finance Private Equity Fund – Information Technology and E-Commerce Sector, stating the latter’s intention to transfer its shares in Jahez to the fund's unitholders. The stake represents 3.28 million shares, or 31.29% of Jahez capital.
