Leen Alkhair Trading Co. completed the legal procedures required for the establishment of a new wholly-owned one-person limited liability company with Dubai courts, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The the new company - Leen Alkhair Trading Co. (sole proprietorship) - will be headquartered in the UAE.
The new entity will undertake the same wholesale and retail trade of dates, vegetables, fruits, dairy, foodstuffs, and meat to provide the current and future needs of the company’s import and export services in Saudi Arabia.
The move was entirely finance by Leen Alkhair’s own resources to support the new company's business and strategy.
Leen Alkhair expected the financial impact of the new company to appear during the current year, the statement added.
