Northern Region Cement Co.’s shareholders approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 15, the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term starting March 16, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The elected board members are Suliman Al Harbi, Saud Al Arifi, Muhammad Al-Darjum, Ahmed Al-Obaid, Obaid Al-Subaie, and Faisal Al-Sugair.
The shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee, setting its duties and remuneration for the new term.
The new audit committee includes Faisal Al-Sugair, Khalid Al Arifi and Eaad Al-Yahya.
