Wasatah Capital, the financial advisor on the initial public offering (IPO) of Horizon Food Co. on Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offer price at SAR 37 per share.
The offering will run from March 5-9, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
In December 2022, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the application received from the company to offer 1.6 million shares, or 20% of its capital, on Nomu, Argaam earlier reported.
