Taiba Investments Co.’s board of directors appointed today, Feb. 28, Ibrahim Alissa as a non-executive board member to fill the vacant board seat, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The appointment is effective today until the end of the current term on Dec. 31, 2023.
The appointment is pending the approval of the company's upcoming general assembly, the statement added.
