Saudi Basic Industries Corp.'s (SABIC) shareholders will vote on delegating the board to distribute interim dividends semi-annually or quarterly for 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for April 10.
The maturity and disbursement dates will be determined in accordance with the Implementing Regulation of the Companies Law for Listed Joint Stock Companies and commensurate with the company's financial position, cash flows and expansion and investment plans, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The e-voting on the meeting agenda will start on April 6.
