Arabian Contracting Services Co.’s (Al Arabia) board of directors approved today, March 27, reappointing Abdelelah Alkhereiji as non-executive Chairman.
In a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today, Al Arabia said the board also named Mohammed Alkhereiji as executive Vice Chairman.
The board also approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee. This is in addition to nodding to the appointment of the board secretary and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
