Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) said that it is unable to disclose its financial results for 2022, within the specified period. The company is still in discussions with the external auditor about certain data related to the studies conducted by the company and the external advisors accredited by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) to finalize the audit of the consolidated annual financial statements for 2022.
In a statement to Tadawul, SIDC added the financial results will be posted on the (Tadawul) website immediately upon completion of the audit work.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it is still working with the external auditor to issue the annual financial statements. The statements will be published once approved by the external auditor.
SIDC stressed that its inability to timely publish the consolidated annual financial results ending is solely due to the requirements for completing the audit work as described above and does not relate in any way to SIDC operations or any of its subsidiaries.
Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to SIDC shares, based on the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
