Saudi Printing and Packaging Co.’s (SPPC) board of directors approved the appointment of Frank Ferguson as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective April 5, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Ferguson was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SPPC over the past five years and has over 40 years of experience in commercial funding in Ireland, Africa and the Middle East.
In a separate statement, SPPC said its board approved the resignation of Managing Director, Fahad Ibrahim Al-Mufarrijj, due to personal reasons, as of April 5.
