United Wire Factories Co.’s (Aslak) shareholders approved on April 5 authorizing the board of directors to pay an interim dividend on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also approved other items on the agenda, the statement added.
Aslak paid a cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 a share, totaling SAR 35.1 million for H1 2022, according to Argaam.
