Ladun Investment Co. said an off-plan sales license was issued for its project in Al Remal district, Riyadh. The project masterplan was approved by the Riyadh Municipality for residential use.
In a statement to Tadawul, Ladun said it plans to develop and sell the project during 2023.
It expected to generate profit from development, promoting and selling over the project’s implementation period until the completion of sales.
On Sept. 20, 2022, Ladun completed the acquisition of undeveloped land plots spanning 501,900 square meters in Al Remal district, Argaam earlier reported.
The land deeds were transferred to Ladun to develop and market land after establishing real estate products.
