Saudi Cable Co. announced its inability to disclose its financial results for the year ended on Dec. 31, 2022, within the specified deadline, due to the challenges related to the audit process, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Saudi Cable added that the audit process for the entire group was not completed on time, expecting the process to be completed within no more than two months.
Therefore, the trading halt procedures will be applied to the stock by virtue of the listing regulations approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
In March, the company announced its inability to disclose its financial results for the year ended on Dec. 31, 2022, as the external auditor was unable to complete the audit by then, Argaam reported.
