Shareholders of United Electronics Co. (eXtra) approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 1.
Shareholders also approved all agenda items, including a number of business contracts, in which board members have an indirect interest.
eXtra board of directors declared, on April 12, a 20% cash dividend, or SAR 2 per share, for the second half of 2022. The dividend will be paid on June 4, according to data available with Argaam.
The company paid a 25% cash dividend at SAR 2.5 per share for H1 2022.
