Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centres) is in talks with Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) for a potential merger.
Discussions are still at an early stage and the parties have not yet reached any agreement on the potential transaction, both companies said in separate statement to Tadawul.
Talks will not necessarily lead to an agreement. Both companies aim is to assess the feasibility of the potential transaction and the possibility of achieving benefits for both companies’ shareholders, the statements added.
