Alandalus Property Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 7.
They also granted the board the powers of the OGM for a one-year period, effective from the general assembly’s approval date or until the end of authorized board term, whichever is earlier, in accordance with the Companies Law.
