Halawani Bros. Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to pay an interim dividend on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis for 2023 during the ordinary general meeting held on May 10, according to a statement to Tadawul.
They also approved other items on the agenda, the statement added.
