Jahez International Co. for Information Systems Technology received, on May 11, a letter from Impact Financial Co., the manager of Impact Finance Private Equity Fund – Information Technology and E-Commerce Sector, to start the transfer of the latter's shares in Jahez to the fund's unitholders, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The transfer is expected to complete in the coming days, which will result in a change in Jahez major shareholders list.
In January, Jahez received a letter from Impact Financial Co., stating the latter’s intention to transfer its shares in Jahez to the fund's unitholders, according to data available with Argaam.
The stake represents 3.28 million shares, or 31.29% of Jahez capital.
