Naseej for Technology Co. announced the award of a project by Elm Co. to supply technical devices for library management for Elm’s public libraries project.
The contract was awarded on May 17, while the documents were completed today, May 24, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
The project value is SAR 2.627 million including value-added tax, the statement said.
The deal is a related-party transaction as Faris AlRashed Alhumaid is a member of the board of directors of both companies.
