Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) board of directors issued its resolution, on May 31, approving the appointment of Vice Chairman Feras AlBawardi as Managing Director, amending his board membership status to executive from independent member as of today, June 1.
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said that AlBawardi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2011 from University of Oregon in the US. He enjoys extensive experience in investment, business development and project management, exceeding 11 years starting from his position as an analyst of local and international stocks.
He also worked as an executive director for a number of investment companies during his career, in addition to his participation on the boards of several listed and private firms.
