KnowledgeNet Co.’s shareholders will vote on distributing cash dividend at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.5 per share, totaling SAR 1.75 million, for 2022, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), to be held on June 22, according to a Tadawul statement.
The dividend distribution will be to shareholders of record and those registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) on the second trading day following the EGM, said the company, adding that the date of which will be announced later.
According to the data available with Argaam, this will be the first cash dividend by KnowledgeNet since its listing on Nomu-Parallel Market in March.
