Naba Alsaha shareholders to vote on 3% dividend on June 22

Shareholders of Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. will discuss the board’s proposal for a 3% cash dividend for 2022, at SAR 0.3 per share, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

They will also vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim cash dividends for 2023.
