Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors appointed Abdullah Abdulrahman AlRebdi as a board member in the vacant position from today, June 15, until the end of the current term on April 30, 2024.
The decision is subject to the approval of the upcoming general assembly, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
AlRebdi holds an International Master’s in management from the University of Salford and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cumbria, UK. He has more than 14 years of work experience as CEO in several industrial, service and investment sectors.
