Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. received a new purchase order for an existing contract with Digital Centers for Data and Communications (Center3) for phase III of the latter’s data center expansion project, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract value is SAR 19.32 million, including value-added tax, said the company. It added that the new purchase order is an extension to an existing contract to deliver data center design and supervision consulting services across the Kingdom.
The contract term is 12 months, Edarat indicated, noting there are no related parties. It expects the contract to have a positive impact on financial statements as of Q2 2023.
