Shareholders of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 20.
Shareholders also ratified discharging board members from liabilities for 2022 and paying them SAR 1.5 million as remuneration for the same year.
In addition, they approved all agenda items, including a number of business contracts.
