Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) signed a SAR 1.84 million contract with Excellence Medical Systems (EMS) to provide cloud services., the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Under the one-year contract, the company will provide cloud services for EMS to host EEG software as part of the digital healthcare transformation in Saudi Arabia.
Edarat will provide Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Backup as a Service (BaaS) across two regions in the Kingdom with the primary environment hosted in Riyadh, while the disaster recovery will be in Jeddah.
The contract is expected to positively impact the company’s financials during Q3 2023.
Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) is a related party to the contract.
