Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. received, on July 20, SAR 35 million worth of credit facilities from Riyad Bank to build a new hospital in Riyadh.
The facilities have a term of seven years, including a 24-month grace period, the company said in a filing to Tadawul. It will repay this debt in quarterly or semi-annual installments over five years.
To get these facilities, the company provided real estate guarantees according to a real estate registration on July 20, in addition to another guarantee under a declaration of a fine and a joint payment guarantee.
There are no related parties to the deal, Naba Alsaha added.
