Shatirah House Restaurant Co. (Burgerizzr) appointed Alkhair Capital as a financial advisor on the company’s transition to the main market, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Upon completing the related studies and fulfilling the regulatory requirements, the company’s board of directors will approve the transition and file for the approval of the Capital market Authority (CMA).
