Maharah Human Resources Co. announced that Saudi Medical System won today, Aug. 30 a project worth SAR 3.04 billion from a Saudi government entity, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Growth Avenue Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Maharah, owns 40% of Saudi Medical System.
Saudi Medical System will supply cooked meals over the project's three-year term, Maharah added.
Maharah expects the related financial impact to be reflected on its financial statements starting Q3 2023 and throughout the contract term. It noted that there are no related parties.
