Derayah REIT Fund repaid SAR 140 million of an outstanding loan with Al Rajhi Bank, Derayah Financial, the fund manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.
In a statement to Tadawul, Derayah Financial said a positive financial impact is expected on the fund's results in H2 2023.
